Yes. We’ll be happy to install additional accessories at our service center, and they can be included in the program structure.
The bike is initially registered under Vietmoto. The registration cost is included in the total program amount. Once the program is fully paid, ownership can be transferred to the buyer or to another person designated by the buyer, at the buyer’s expense.
Usually, yes. Once the program is completed, the bike is normally transferred into the buyer’s name or to another person designated by the buyer. However, if preferred, you can use an additional service and keep the bike registered under Vietmoto for 300,000 VND per month.
If you stop making payments, the amounts already paid will be treated as rental payments for the period already used, based on Vietmoto’s standard rental rates. Any excess amount beyond that will be refunded to the renter.
Yes. License requirements follow the general legal requirements in Vietnam. For bikes above 50cc or 4kW, you need a valid motorcycle license. For foreigners, this means a valid national driving license together with an IDP under the 1968 Vienna Convention, where applicable.
Vietmoto will carry out the repairs, and the customer will cover the repair cost. The payment schedule under the program continues as agreed. Once the repairs are completed, Vietmoto will return the bike to the customer for continued use.
The program includes online support, legal paperwork, and road support during working hours in cities where Vietmoto operates.
